The Jennings Randolph Program for International
Peace invites applications for fellowships that are intended to support
the research and writing of dissertations addressing the sources and
nature of international conflict and the full range of ways to prevent

Post Doctoral Positions at EPA
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking
candidates to fill as many as 50 federal, 3-year post doctoral positions
during the coming year. A number of these positions will be filled
at EPA's National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory
(NHEERL). The preferred candidate will have earned a Ph.D. in one
of the following areas: biology, biochemistry, biomedical or chemical
engineering, ecology, population/community modeling, physical chemistry,
physiology or toxicology (several other closely related fields will
